Sour Cream and Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
Method
1) Finely chop the scallion (white and green parts)
2 Tbsp prepared horseradish (drain as much water as possible)
1 Whole scallion, white and green parts
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2) Mix all ingredients together. Cover and let stand 1 hour to let flavors mix.
3) Can be made up to 1 day ahead of time
4) Serve to greedy children.
