Salmon Chowder

Ingredients
1 Cup Smoked Salmon, cut in chunks
Method
1) In a saucepan, melt butter; Sautee onions, celery & green pepper
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1/4 Cup Sliced Celery
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 1/2 - 2 Cups Chicken Stock (Adjust as needed)
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tsp. Fresh Dill, minced
1/8 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
2) Stir in flour. Cook until golden brown.
3) Add stock. Stir constantly until reaching the boiling point.
4) Add sour cream, dill, pepper, smoked salmon. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
5) Add parsley. (3-4 servings)
6) Serve to greedy children.
