Salmon & Artichoke Tidbits


Ingredients

1 Cup Smoked Salmon, flaked
4 eggs
1/2 Lb. Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 6 oz. cans marinated artichoke hearts, drained & finely chopped
3 Green Onions, finely chopped
20 Ritz Crackers, crushed

Method

1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix salmon, eggs, cheese, artichokes and onions together.
2) Add half of the crushed crackers.
3) Place mixture in buttered, 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
4) Sprinkle remaining crackers on top.
5) Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
6) Serve to greedy children.
