Pumpkin Dip

 


Ingredients

1 15 oz. can Pure Pumpkin
1 stick Cream Cheese (8 oz.)
2 Cups sifted powdered sugar
1 Tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tsp. ground ginger

Method

1) In a large bowl beat: cream cheese and pumpkin unti smooth.
2) Add sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Mix Thoroughly
3) Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. (serve with sliced apples or cinnamon graham crackers)
4) Serve to greedy children (serves 8)
