Perts Mustard Sauce (Coop says, "The best damn honey mustard out there!")


Ingredients

2 Tbsp Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Dry Mustard
1/2 Cup Milk
1 egg yolk
1/3 Cup Vinegar

Method

1) Combine flour, sugar and dry mustard. Mix thoroughly.
2) Pour in milk and egg yolk. Add pinch of salt, mix well.
3) Simmer, stiring constantly until thickened (about 1 hour). Cool.
4) After cooled, add vinegar slowly...and stir well.
5) Serve to greedy children.
