Wine Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
1 Cup Fresh mushrooms
Method
1) Finely chop the onions, slice the mushrooms
1/4 Cup Green onions
1/4 Cup Butter
4 Tbsp. Cornstarch
3/4 Cup Burgundy wine
3/4 cup Water
Salt and pepper to taste
2) Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender
3) Blend in cornstarch
4) Add Burgundy wine, water, salt and pepper
5) Reduce heat, cook slowly for about 10-15 minutes, stirring often
6) makes 1 1/2 cups
7)Serve to greedy children.
