Korean Carrots and Daikon Radish

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Daikon Radish - julienned
Method
1) Boil water in a saucepan. Add the vegetables, cook for 2-3 minutes.
1 1/2 Cup Carrot - julienned
1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2) Drain the vegetables and rinse under cold water - until room temperature. (sort of blanch them)
3) Stir in sugar, vinegar and enough water to just cover the vegetables.
