Grilled Corn w/ Dill Butter


Ingredients


6 Ears of Corn
Sprig of Dill
Butter

Method

1) Get the charcoal grill going.
2) Peel back the husk of the corn. Take the hairs of the corn, leave 1/2 the husks.
3) Put the remainig husks back over the corn. Soak all of the corn in a large bowl of water for at least 1/2 hour.
4) Meanwhile, let butter soften. When softened put butter and dill (use as much as you want - the more the better!) in a food processer and blend together.
5) Cook corn on the grill for 15-20 minutes, until done.
6) Tear off the cooked husks, revealing the cooked corn on the cob. Spread the dill butter over, salt/pepper.
7) Serve to greedy children (Serves 6)
