Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Salt
Method
1) Bring 6 quarts of water to boil, add salt to water
1 lbs. dry fettuccini
1/4 lbs. unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated parmesan
salt and pepper to taste
2) Add fettuccini noodles and cook until tender but firm (Al Dente)
3) Melt butter in large in skillet under medium heat
4) Drain pasta and add to skillet along with all remaining ingredients
5) Toss over low heat until pasta is well-covered and serve immediately to greedy children.
