Jalapeno Crab Dip

 


Ingredients

1 Pound Lumped Crab Meat, picked over for shells and cartilage
1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
1/2 Cup Chopped, Pickled Jalapenos
1 Stick Monteray Jack Cheese with Jalapenos, grated (approx. 8 oz.)
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp. Hot Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Mayo
4 oz. Parmigiano-Reggiano
30 croutons

Method

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Combine crab meat, garlic, jalapenos, monteray jack, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and mayo in a medium sized mixing bowl.
3) Toss gently to mix.
4) Spoon the mixture into a medium sized corningwear dish.
5) Sprinkle the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese on top of the crab meat mixture.
6) Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 25-35 minutes.
7) Remove from oven an let cool for 5 minutes.
8) Serve with Croutons or Tostitos to greedy children (serves 4-6)
