Boiled Lobster

Ingredients

Lots of Salt (preferably sea salt)
Lobster
Butter

Method

1) Fill pot with water (enough to cover lobsters) using 2 Tbsp. salt per quart of water
2) Boil water. Drop lobsters in claws first.
3) Once the water boils again, lower the heat to medium/medium-high.
4) Cook based on the following chart:

Lobster Weight Minutes
1-1.25 lbs. 15
1.5-2 lbs. 17-20
2-3 lbs. 20
3-6 lbs. 24-28
6-7 lbs. 28-30
8 + 4 minutes per pound

5) Serve with melted butter.  (feel free to add garlic/herbs to the butter to your taste ; goes great with cheese biscuits)
6) Serve to greedy children
